About Sunday Therapy

A Grounded Space For Real Talk, Big Feels, And Honest Healing.

Meet Noni Croft

Founder • Therapist • Steady presence

Noni believes therapy should feel like a place you can breathe, not a place you have to perform.

She works with people carrying trauma, attachment wounds, inner-child patterns, and emotional overwhelm. Her approach is warm, human, and deeply steady. No expert pedestal. No judgment. No cold clinical tone. Just two people sitting together, gently making sense of your inner world.

Noni shows up with:

  • warm attunement

  • simple, everyday language

  • honest reflections

  • grounded emotional presence

  • an inclusive, anti-hierarchical style

  • a genuine belief that you deserve to feel safe

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity shifts, relationship dynamics, or the weight of your past, Noni holds space in a way that helps you feel seen, not scrutinised.

How Sunday Therapy Began

Sunday Therapy was born from one simple truth:

Most people have never known what it feels like to be fully emotionally safe.

Noni wanted to create a therapeutic space where safety wasn’t something promised in brochures; it was something you could actually feel in your body.

A place with:

  • no clinical distance

  • no pressure to be “fine”

A space that feels like a slow Sunday morning: gentle, warm, and honest.

Here, you don’t have to hold everything together.
You can arrive exactly as you are.

Values That Hold You Gently

Be seen.

Your story matters, even the parts you’ve never shared out loud.

Be safe.

Everything, from the language to the layout, is designed to soothe your nervous system.

Be yourself.

No judgement. No hierarchy. Just two humans working together at your pace.

    Noni Croft

Founder • Therapist • Queer parent • Big believer in gentle healing

Noni’s pretty sure Bluey holds the answers to most of life’s problems, and honestly, they’re not wrong. A holistic trauma therapist, queer parent, and the brains behind this whole thing, Noni is equal parts wisdom and curiosity.

They’re on a mission to make life feel easier (and a lot more human).
    No ego.
    No judgement.
Just big compassion, playful healing, and a steady presence you can actually relax around.

Noni believes growth works best when there’s room for softness, humour, and the kind of connection that makes you feel safe enough to be yourself.

    Montanna Hoyes

    Support • Queer human • Values-driven energy

Montanna runs on ADHD fuel, a huge heart, and a deep passion for social justice.
They welcome everyone exactly as they are, messy, brilliant, tender, unsure, hopeful… all of it.

A proud queer human, Montanna brings warmth and grounded excitement into every interaction. They believe care works best when it feels like connection, not performance. When Montanna’s around, space feels safer, brighter, and more alive.

    Their gift?
Making people feel included just by being themselves.

    Taylah Rose

    Support • Soft heart • Big-sibling energy

Taylah brings big-sibling energy everywhere they go, protective, kind, and quietly cheering you on from the moment you arrive.

A total softie (in the best possible way), Taylah has a knack for making people feel seen without making things feel heavy. Whether they’re welcoming you in or supporting the flow of your session, they help turn Sunday Therapy into a place that feels less clinical and more like being around someone who genuinely gets you.

Note from Sunday Therapy

You don’t have to hold everything alone.
There is space for your story, all of it, and space for you to grow at your own pace.

If something inside you is asking for steadiness, clarity, or simply a place to rest, we are here.

A calm, grounded beginning is waiting for you.
